He married Grace Fleming. Grace was born about 1754. Grace was the daughter of Joshua Fleming and Rachel Atkinson. Grace died about 1809 in Worcester Co., MD. Estate of Grace Selby probated July 6, 1809, Worcester Co., MD. (Vernon L. Skinner, Jr., Abstracts of Worcester Co. Estate Docket 1742-1820, 1993) Will dated July 31, 1799, probated November 16, 1804 named wife Grace and left her plantation on Nassango Creek; son William Fleming Selby received part of lot 12 at Snow Hill; daughter Molly; John Selby, son of brother Lemuel. William Selby(Jr.) and Grace Fleming had the following children:
