665. Sally Joynes⁸ Brickhouse (George⁷, Sophia⁶ Rogers, Nathaniel Comfort⁵, Mary⁴ Marshall, Thomas³, Thomas², John¹) was born September 1, 1783. Sally died March 22, 1859 at 75 years of age. Her body was interred in Northampton Co., VA, Liberty Hall.

She married Southy Nelson (Jr.) in Northampton Co., VA, November 17, 1803. Southy was born June 29, 1781. Southy was the son of Southy Nelson(Sr.) and Elizabeth Willett. Southy died December 13, 1812 in Northampton Co., VA, at 31 years of age. (Will Brown)

Sally Joynes Brickhouse and Southy Nelson(Jr.) had the following children:

+ 1079 i. Elizabeth "Betsy" W.⁹ Nelson was born June 9, 1807.

+ 1080 ii. Mary "Polly" S. Nelson was born January 9, 1808.

+ 1081 iii. Margaret B. Nelson was born November 18, 1809.
