562. Alfred Nathaniel Hancock⁸ Mapp (Cassandra "Cassey"⁷ James, Thomas⁶, Sarah⁵ Marshall, Thomas⁴, John³, Thomas², John¹) was born November 17, 1815. Alfred died July 17, 1875 at 59 years of age.

He married Laura S. Savage October 17, 1835. Laura was born October 17, 1835. Laura was the daughter of Severn Savage and Malana W. James. Laura died September 19, 1877 at 41 years of age. Alfred was a farmer. 1850 census. Alfred and Laura are buried at the Mapp family lot, Northampton Co., VA. (Bill Wilkins)

+ 916 iv. Idra Llewellyn Mapp was born 1857.

917 v. Severn Ernest Mapp was born June 4, 1860. Severn died September 19, 1882 at 22 years of age. 1870 census. Buries at Mapp family plot, Northampton Co., VA.

+ 918 vi. John Ivan Mapp was born January 16, 1863.

919 vii. Margaret Mapp was born 1865. Margaret died after 1870.

+ 920 viii. William M. Mapp was born 1867.

+ 921 ix. Harry W. Mapp was born November 14, 1868.

+ 922 x. Lillian "Lillie" May Mapp was born October 16, 1875.
