She married John Pollitt in Worcester Co., MD, January 25, 1871. John died before 1880 in Worcester Co., MD. In 1880, she was living with her parents and her children are identified as grandchildren of John C. Ellis. (Matthew M. Wise, The Littleton Heritage, p. 51)

1290 i. William F.¹⁰ Pollitt was born in Worcester Co., MD 1872. He married twice. He married Florence D. Townsend in Worcester Co., MD, April 28, 1897. Florence was born about 1877. Florence died before 1905. He married Fannie E. Lecates in Wicomico Co., MD, January 11, 1905. Fannie was born 1882. In 1920, he was a railroad mechanic living in Salisbury. (Matthew M. 1291 ii. John E. Pollitt was born in Worcester Co., MD 1874.

1292 iii. Annie Pollitt was born in Worcester Co., MD 1876.

1293 iv. Robert C. Pollitt was born in Worcester Co., MD about 1878.
