She married Arthur Downing (Jr.). (Whitelaw 560) Arthur was the son of Arthur Downing(Sr.) and Rachel.

Arthur died before June 10, 1789 in Northampton Co., VA. (James Marshall, Wills & Administrations of Northampton Co., p. 500) (Bill Wilkins--need proof these are Arthur Jr.'s parents)

Elizabeth Wainhouse and Arthur Downing (Jr.) had the following children:

+ 171 i. Edmund W. P.⁵ Downing (Dr.).

172 ii. Arthur Downing (III). (Bill Wilkins; LDS)

173 iii. Sarah Bagwell Downing was born before 1789. She was under 21. She married Richard D. Bayly.
