324. John Walter⁶ Smith (Jr.) (Gov.) (John Walter⁵, Mary⁴ Marshall, John Drummond³, Esme², Patience¹ "V") was born in Snow Hill, Worcester Co., MD February 5, 1845. John died April 19, 1925 in Baltimore Co., MD, at 80 years of age.

He married Mary Frances Richardson in Worcester Co., MD, June 9, 1869. Mary was the daughter of David Richardson and Ann Jeanette Bennett. (Dan Trimble; Jim Marshall; Matthew Wise, The Littleton Heritage)

538 i. Charlotte Whittington⁷ Smith was born in Ingleside, Snow Hill, Worcester Co., MD May 11, 1870. Charlotte died August 17, 1896 in Worcester Co., MD, at 26 years of age.

539 ii. Georgia Richardson Smith was born in Ingleside, Snow Hill, Worcester Co., MD August 29, 1872. She married Arthur D. Foster(Col.).
