74. Cheseed⁴ Purnell (Elisha³, Thomas², Thomas¹) birth date unknown. Cheseed died 1772.

He married Emily (wife of Cheseed Purnell). Cheseed received "Simple" as grandson of William Selby. He witnessed the will of his brother, George, and in probate it was noted that Cheseed had been dead since 1772 and his wife, Mary, is noted as "now gone to New Virginia." (Tennessee) (Ruth T. Cheseed Purnell and Emily(wife of Cheseed Purnell) had the following child:

251 i. Mary⁵ Purnell was born 1763. Mary died 1849. She married John Donelson(III) (Capt.). John was born 1755. John died 1840. John's sister, Rachel, married Andrew Jackson, President.
