961. Esther Burton⁹ Parramore (Thomas⁸, Sarah⁷ Seymour, Rose⁶ Powell, Sarah⁵ Yeardley, Sarah⁴ Michael, Elizabeth³ Thorowgood, Adam², William¹) was born in Northampton Co., VA December 27, 1798. Esther died February 12, 1821 at 22 years of age.

She married James Upshur Bayly about 1818. James was born January 1, 1796. James was the son of Edmund Bayly and Rachel Revel Upshur. James died October 1, 1821 at 25 years of age.

Esther Burton Parramore and James Upshur Bayly had the following children:

1344 i. Mary Parramore¹⁰ Bayly was born in Cedar Grove, Northampton Co., VA November 16, 1818. Mary died December 20, 1863 in Northampton Co., VA, at 45 years of age. Her body was interred in Northampton Co., VA, Old Downing Cemetery. She married Arthur Wainhouse Downing(Dr.) in Accomack Co., VA, November 8, 1837. Arthur was born in Northampton Co., VA October 17, 1815. Arthur was the son of Edmund W. P. Downing(Dr.) and Mary "Polly" Bell. Arthur died November 21, 1901 in Northampton Co., VA, at 86 years of age. His body was interred in Northampton Co., VA, Old Downing Cemetery.

1345 ii. Esther Burton Parramore Bayly was born 1821. Esther died September 19, 1843. She married Arthur Wilson Upshur in Accomack Co., VA, February 6, 1835. Arthur was born February 8, 1817. Arthur died September 2, 1844 at 27 years of age.
