He married Elizabeth Wishart. Elizabeth was the daughter of James Wishart and Hannah Taylor. Isaac's will was dated November 17, 1813 and probated June 27, 1815. (Ruth T. Dryden, Somerset Co. MD Wills 1800-1820 EB23, San Diego, CA, p. 58)

November 22, 1819. Elijah was the son of Elijah Conner and Isabella Lankford.
