524 iv. Southy Thomas Whittington was born in Shelby Co., KY August 21, 1827. Southy died about 1912 in Montgomery Co., IN. He married Nancy Ellen Smar Hutchenson. Nancy was born in Burbon Co., KY September 27, 1838. Nancy died 1870 in Montgomery Co., IN, at 31 years of age. Southy's family moved to Montgomery Co. Indiana.
