He married Cassandra "Casey" Wise in Accomack Co., VA, June 21, 1748. (bond date)

Cassandra was born April 7, 1728. Cassandra was the daughter of John Wise(Mjr.)(III) and Scarburgh Robinson. Cassandra died April 28, 1803 in Accomack Co., VA, at 75 years of age. Buried at "Clifton." (Bill Wilkins)

He made a will in Accomack Co., VA, May 9, 1763. Probate February 28, 1764. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations Accomack Co., VA, p. 217) He inherited the property at A83 from his father and left to his sons, John, William P. and land at Doe Creek to son, Samuel. 391 i. Elizabeth⁷ Custis. Elizabeth died after 1767. She was named in her grandfather, John Wise's, will. She married John West("Great John"). John was the son of Jonathan West and Ann Smith.

392 ii. Robinson Custis. Robinson died 1798 in Accomack Co., VA. He married Frances Yeardley West in Accomack Co., VA, November 30, 1775. (bond date) Frances was the daughter of John West.

Frances died after 1797.

He made a will in Accomack Co., VA, November 23, 1797. Probate January 29, 1798. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations Accomack Co., VA, p. 450) Robinson was under age in 1763. He was a mill operator. He named his brother, John Custis, guardian to his minor children.

393 iii. John Custis(Capt.) was born in Accomack Co., VA February 23, 1750. John died March 3, 1809 in Accomack Co., VA, at 59 years of age. He married Catherine Parker December 17, 1772. Catherine was born 1753. Catherine died 1840 in Accomack Co., VA, at 87 years of age. (Bill Wilkins)

394 iv. Thomas Custis was born January 5, 1753. Thomas died December 29, 1811 at 58 years of age. He married twice. He married Elizabeth Smith May 17, 1772. Elizabeth was born January 1, 1758. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Robinson Smith and Mary Bagwell. Elizabeth died December 21, 1773 at 15 years of age. He married Elizabeth Luker December 14, 1780. Elizabeth was the daughter of Luke Luker and Ann Johnson. Elizabeth died before May 4, 1824 in Accomack Co., VA. Of Drummond Town. (Ralph T.
