25. Thomas⁶ Fisher (John⁵, Capt. Phillip⁴, John³, John², (-----)¹)⁽¹⁶⁸⁾ was born in Northampton Co, VA, circa 1692. Thomas died 1727 in Northampton Co, VA, at 35 years of age.⁽¹⁶⁹⁾

He married Sarah (-----) circa 1720.⁽¹⁷⁰⁾ Sarah was born circa 1700. Sarah died 1763 in Northampton Co, VA, at 63 years of age.⁽¹⁷¹⁾ Sarah was living 17 Aug 1723 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹⁷²⁾ Sarah's will was probated 13 Dec 1763 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹⁷³⁾ In her will, written 25 Oct 1760, Sarah Edmunds named a son Thomas Fisher Sr. and grandsons Thomas, Severn, Caleb and John Fisher (N'hamp Co Wills, 1763-65, p. 150).

Thomas was living 30 Apr 1720 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹⁷⁴⁾ Thomas's will was probated 12 Sep 1727 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹⁷⁵⁾ In his will, written 17 Aug 1723, Thomas Fisher left his whole estate to his wife Sarah and named her executrix. Witnesses were William Grice and Rebecca Wilson (N'hamp Co Wills, Deeds, etc., 1725-33, p. 87). Evidently his son Thomas was born after he wrote his will, as his will was not probated until 1727.
