He married Elizabeth "Betsey" Holland in Worcester Co., MD, September 10, 1802. (Mary Beth & Vanessa Long, Worcester Co. Marriage Licenses 1795-1865, p. 13) Thomas Prideaux left his grandson "Beachel Vairy" and "Timmons Hard Lott" in Worcester County. (children & marriages from notes of James H. Marshall)

Sarah Purnell Marshall named Thomas in her 1802 will and left him "a woman called Rachel devised me by my deceased husband Isaac Marshall." (Ruth T. Dryden, Worcester Co. MD Wills JBR f.29, p.2)

Thomas Prideaux Marshall and Elizabeth "Betsey" Holland had the following children:

467 i. Elizabeth Purnell Prideaux "Betsy"⁸ Marshall was born in Worcester Co., MD about 1800.

468 ii. William Holland Marshall was born in Worcester Co., MD about 1802. He married Ann C. H. Franklin in Worcester Co., MD, January 21, 1829.
