297. Catherine "Kitty" F.⁷ Johnson (Richard⁶, Rachel⁵ Bunting, Tamar⁴ Marshall, George³, Thomas², John¹) was born about 1820. Catherine died March 31, 1875 in Accomack Co., VA, at 54 years of age. She is buried at the Major Doughty plot.

She married Major Robertson Dowty-Doughty. Major was born February 8, 1806. Major was the son of Thomas Jeptha Dowty and Margaret Colony. Major died May 11, 1861 in Accomack Co., VA, at 55 years of age. He is buried at the Major Doughty plot. 603 iii. Thomas Dowty was born 1850.

604 iv. John L. Dowty was born in Accomack Co., VA 1853.
