She married William Satchell Floyd in Northampton Co., VA, January 13, 1834. William was born November 17, 1805. William was the son of John Kendall Floyd and Ann Stockley Teackle. William died April 8, 1843 in Norfolk, VA, at 37 years of age. Buried at Christ Church, Eastville, Northampton Co., VA.

Ann Teackle Smith and William Satchell Floyd had the following children:

1389 i. James Frederick¹⁰ Floyd was born October 7, 1834. James died October 5, 1901 at 66 years of age. Buried at Christ Church, Eastville, VA.

1390 ii. Lavinia Teackle Floyd was born in Northampton Co., VA January 10, 1836. Lavinia died June 14, 1837 at 1 year of age.

1391 iii. William Kendall Floyd was born October 14, 1837. William died September 12, 1902 at 64 years of age. Buried at Christ Church, Eastville, VA.

1392 iv. Catherine "Kate" Floyd was born January 29, 1840.

1393 v. Nannie Teackle "Annie" Floyd was born January 21, 1842. Nannie died May 24, 1906 at 64 years of age. Buried at Christ Church, Eastville, VA.
