He married Margaret Christian 15 May 1770 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽²⁹⁰⁾ Margaret was born after 1748/9.⁽²⁹¹⁾ Margaret⁽²⁹²⁾ was the daughter of Michael Christian. Margaret died 1784 in Northampton Co, VA, at 34 years of age.⁽²⁹³⁾ Margaret was living 29 May 1778 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽²⁹⁴⁾ John Darby was the security on the 1782 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of William Jenne and Margaret Fisher, widow of Thomas Fisher. The estate of Margaret Fisher was administered to William Jenne on 9 Mar 1784. Appraisers were William White, Isaac Johnson, John Dowty and John Tompkins (N'hamp Co Orders, 1783-87, p. 70).

Thomas was living 11 Jan 1771 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽²⁹⁵⁾ Thomas's will was probated 13 Oct 1778 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽²⁹⁶⁾ Thomas Fisher and his brother William Fisher were named as under age in their step-granfather, Thomas Edmunds' will, written 14 Aug 1753 (N'hamp Co Wills & Inventories, 1754-60, p. 257). Joachim Michael was the security on the 1770 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of Thomas Fisher Jr. and Margaret Christian, daughter of Michael Christian and with his consent. In his will, written 29 May 1778, Thomas Fisher Jr. named a wife Margaret; a mother who was living but not by name; sons James and Charles; and a daughter Margaret. He left his wife 1/3 of his lands during her life and after his mother's death 1/3 of the land my mother lives on for life. To son James all the lands I hold in Northampton. To son Charles my tract of land in Sussex County on the south side of Muspillion Creek and L200. To my daughter Margaret Fisher L200. Residual Legatees wife and 3 children. Wife and friend Michael Christian executors. Witnesses William Harmanson, William White and John Mapp (N'hamp Co Wills & Inventories, 1777-83, p. 151).

James died 1795 at 23 years of age.⁽²⁹⁸⁾ He married Mary 'Polly' White 13 Dec 1791 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽²⁹⁹⁾ Mary was born circa 1770. Mary⁽³⁰⁰⁾ was the daughter of William White. Mary was living 13 Jul 1795 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽³⁰¹⁾

James was living 29 May 1778 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽³⁰²⁾ George Melhollomes was the security on the 1791 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of James Fisher and Mary White, daughter of William White, deceased. On 13 Jul 1795, James Fisher's estate was administered to William Fisher (his uncle?), Polly the widow of James having declined. Appraisers were John Tompkins, John Elliott, Robins Mapp and Kendall Addison (N'hamp Co Orders, 1789-95, p. 472).

94 ii. Charles Fisher⁽³⁰³⁾ was born in Northampton Co, VA, circa 1774. Charles died 1785 in Northampton Co, VA, at 11 years of age.⁽³⁰⁴⁾ Charles was living 29 May 1778 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽³⁰⁵⁾ The orphan Charles Fisher's estate was administered to William Jenne on 9 Feb 1785. Appraisers were John Tompkins, Isaac Johnson, William White and John Dowty (N'hamp Co Orders, 1783-87, p. 256).
