464. Joseph Henry⁸ Taylor (Sarah "Sally"⁷ Marshall, William Purnell⁶, John⁵, Isaac⁴, John³, Thomas², John¹) was born March 4, 1845. Joseph died November 4, 1919 at 74 years of age.

He married Cordelia Elizabeth Harmon about 1871. Cordelia was the daughter of Edward Lee Harmon and Ann Mary Taylor. Joseph was enumerated at houseold #27 for the 1880 census in Newark. He purchased "Holly Grove" from his sister, Leticia, in 1903 and died there at the age of 74. He was buried on November 7, 1919 at Evergreen Cemetery, Berlin. (notes of Mary Taylor Caine)

+ 794 vi. Joseph William Taylor was born November 25, 1885.

+ 795 vii. Rosalie Taylor was born February 2, 1892.

796 viii. Sidney Taylor was born 1900.
