She married twice. She married Hampton Rounds before 1796. Hampton died after 1811. She married Jacob Teague in Worcester Co., MD, December 22, 1796. Her father left her "Dont Puzzell." (marriage & children - notes of Suzanne B. Hurley, Ocean City Lifesaving Station)

Zipporah Rackliff and Hampton Rounds had the following children:

child 370 i. Molly6 Rounds. Molly died after 1822. She was named in the will of her uncle, James Rackliffe in 1790. Her mother called her Molly Sturgis.

child + 371 ii. Sarah Rounds.

child 372 iii. Nancy Rounds. Called Nancy Truitt in her mother's will.

child 373 iv. Thomas Rackliffe Rounds. Thomas died April 30, 1860 in Worcester Co., MD. He married an unknown person. Thomas was witness to the will of Zadock Sturgis in 1831, Somerset Co., MD. (LPS f.50) He witnessed the will of Zepporah Cropper in 1846. (LPS f.347)

Zipporah Rackliff and Jacob Teague had the following children:

child 376 vii. Elizabeth Teague. She married John Sturgis(VI) in Worcester Co., MD, 1822. John was born 1800. John was the son of John Sturgis(V) and Nancy Bishop. John died 1865 in Worcester Co., MD. John was named as John of John in the will of Major Mumford. He was called John of John in 1842. The 1850 census shown his step-sons, John James Taylor, living in his household. (John's wife, Esther was married first to James Taylor.) He appears in the 1860 census at Snow Hill. He made a will dated August 23, 1864, where he named his children: Charlotte E.I., Alice H., Esther May, Nancy S., Amanda F., John P., Irving S. and James B. (TT#8/403)

child 378 ix. Zipporah R. Teague. She married William Broughton in Worcester Co., MD, October 15, 1822.

child 379 x. Comfort P. Teague. She married Allen D. Kellam in Worcester Co., MD, April 19, 1825.
