404. HENRY SMITH⁷ LANKFORD (SUSAN⁶ PORTER, MARY JANE POLK⁵ WHITTINGTON, WILLIAM⁴, SOUTHY³, WILLIAM², WILLIAM¹) (#900) was born in Somerset Co MD January 31, 1823. HENRY died November 6, 1905 in Somerset Co MD, at 82 years of age.

He married twice. He married MARTHA ANN RIGGIN. (MARTHA ANN RIGGIN is #1302.) He married MARY DAMERON PINCKARD in Somerset Co MD, 1854. (MARY DAMERON PINCKARD is #901.) MARY was born in Northumberland Co VA May 8, 1831. (Notes of C. 486 iii. HENRY FILLMORE LANKFORD (#406) was born 1856. HENRY died 1935 at 79 years of age. He married IDA ANNA MARSHALL in Somerset Co MD, June 23, 1880. (IDA ANNA MARSHALL is #405.) IDA was born in Somerset Co MD September 23, 1854. IDA was the daughter of CHARLES THOMAS MARSHALL and PRISCILLA VIRGINIA PORTER. IDA died December 19, 1943 in Somerset Co MD, at 89 years of age. Henry was a lawyer and lived at "Beckford" in Princess Anne.

487 iv. CLARENCE PINCKARD LANKFORD (#427) was born 1864. CLARENCE died 1950 at 86 years of age. He married EMILY ESTELLE "STELL" MARSHALL in Somerset Co MD, December 12, 1894. (EMILY ESTELLE "STELL" MARSHALL is #426.) EMILY was born in Somerset Co MD April 14, 1868. EMILY was the daughter of CHARLES THOMAS MARSHALL and PRISCILLA VIRGINIA PORTER. EMILY died 1954 at 86 years of age. Clarence was a lawyer in Crisfield, MD. He and Emily are buried at Manokin Presbyterian Church, Princess Anne, MD.
