He married Edith Esther Williams 27 Mar 1822 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽⁴⁶⁶⁾ Edith was born circa 1800. Isaac Andrews was the security on the 17 Jul 1830 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of Augustus C.E. Heath and Edith E. Fisher, widow of William R. Fisher. They were married by G. Wescoat. Samuel P. Fisher was the security on the 11 Mar 1822 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of William R. Fisher and Edith Esther Williams. Consent was given by Margaret Williams guardian of Edith orphan. They were married by L. Dix.

Mary was living 13 Feb 1832 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽⁴⁷²⁾ Leonard B. Nottingham and Alex W.F. Miers were securities on the 1844 N'hamp Co M.L.B. of Littleton S. Read and Mary W. Fisher, sister of Margaret L. Read who gave consent, and daughter of William R. Fisher deceased, and ward of Thomas B. Fisher who also gave consent. Peter B. Savage and C.F. Anderson were witnesses. They were married by P. Warren Jr.
